On February 25, 2021, the action plan and governance model for the Teresina health services cluster was presented, with the participation of more than 80 representatives of companies and institutions. The action plan for 2021-2022 includes structural actions to strengthen the cluster, innovation and technology, quality and patient experience, and integration with the market. The cluster is part of the Teresina Competitiva Program, led by the city hall, and with the support of SEBRAE, Sindhospi, BNB, State Government and financed by the World Bank. On December 17, 2020, the action plan for the Teresina fashion cluster was presented, with the participation of more than 50 representatives of companies and institutions. A set of actions were presented to organize and energize the cluster, improve the identity and positioning of brands, improve productivity and quality in companies, strengthen online sales and expand sales to other states, as well as the acceleration of Business. The cluster is part of the Teresina Competitiva Program, led by the mayor's office, with the support of SEBRAE, BNB, the State Government and FIEPI and financed by World Bank. On November 26, 2020, the strategic vision for the Teresina health services cluster was presented, with the participation of more than 50 representatives of companies and institutions. A strategic vision was presented to position Teresina as a reference in health solutions with high resoluteness and efficiency, placing the patient at the center of the solution and orienting itself towards value models. The cluster forms part of the Teresina Competitiva Program, led by the city hall, and with the support of SEBRAE, Sindhospi, BNB, State Government and FIEPI and financed by the World Bank. The municipality of Teresina hired Cluster Consulting to execute a Cluster Competitiveness Program in the city of Teresina, to develop the clusters of health services, fashion clothing and education services, as well as the training of the municipality and partner institutions (SEBRAE -PI, FIEPI, BNB, ..) on issues of competitiveness and clusters. The program started on 27th July 2020 and will develop competitiveness strategies for the short, medium and long term. In the current situation, clusters will serve as a working unit to provide solutions to the most urgent demands of the sectors and support economic reactivation.  

The 17th October 2017 Carlos Tarrasón presented and validated with Brumadinho representatives the strategy for the sustainable tourism and cultural and creative industries clusters. Project financed by the IADB and supported by Inhotim. See presentation here.
