The presentation will be part of the the "Ice Cream Journey 2019", promoted by the "Associação Gaúcha das Indústrias de Gelados Comestíveis e Afins" (Agagel), in Lajeado, RS, Brazil. On the 6th of April 2016 Carlos Tarrasón presented the conclusions about the Ice Cream sector World Strategic Analysis. This analysis must guide the strategy of the associated companies to SindSorvete in Minas Gerais. The project included a national reference trip to São Paulo and an internacional one to the East Coast of the United States. Previously, on the 4th of December 2015 was presented an analysis about the industry and the major trends in the market.
