Strategic analysis

On the 22nd of June 2016 the Strategic Plan and Service Model of the Canastra cheese producers Association (APROCAN) was presented in São Roque de Minas aiming to reinforce the region's Protected Geographical Indication and Collective Brand. The work was developed in partnership with INAES and SEBRAE-MG and started on the 1st of August 2015.

On the 6th of April 2016 Carlos Tarrasón presented the conclusions about the Ice Cream sector World Strategic Analysis. This analysis must guide the strategy of the associated companies to SindSorvete in Minas Gerais. The project included a national reference trip to São Paulo and an internacional one to the East Coast of the United States. Previously, on the 4th of December 2015 was presented an analysis about the industry and the major trends in the market.  

The 28th July 2014 presented the results of the coffee industry strategic analisis for the companies of Minas Gerais. Were presented market tendencies, business segments, and strategies for small and medium industries. The project is an initiative of SEBRAE-MG, Sindicafé and INAES to make the Minas Gerais industry leader in Brasil trought the development of new business segments and models.

The 13th Dezember 2013 took place the kick-off meeting for the Viçosa Food Technology Excelence Centre Business Plan definition project. The Fraunhofer Institute will do the project with the collaboration of Cluster Consulting and the support of SEBRAE, Minas Gerais Government and Biominas Foundation.

From September to December 2011 we developed a strategic analysis of the dairy sector which included a reference trip to France.
